Brill Power appoints Peter Freedman as Chief Commercial Officer

Experienced senior automotive executive appointed to drive Brill Power’s commercial strategy and support the company’s next stage of growth.

4th September 2023, Oxford, UK – Brill Power is a pioneer in the world of batteries and power management, making batteries perform better, live longer, cost less and be more sustainable. Following its successful Series A funding round last year, the team is focusing on the next stages of its development. Growing the company’s talent pool at pace to achieve its goals, Brill Power is hiring engineers, data scientists and is welcoming onboard its new Chief Commercial Officer.

Peter Freedman joins the Senior Management Team to propel Brill Power’s Battery Intelligence Platform towards global commercialisation in the energy storage and electric vehicle industries. The senior executive joins Brill Power from Switch Mobility where he held the position of Chief Strategy Officer, having also been responsible for Marketing and Sustainability during his time with the electric commercial vehicle business.

Prior to this, Peter held a number of senior commercial positions at Aston Martin Lagonda, including the role of Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Peter’s background spans over 13 years in the automotive industry.

Upon joining the team, Peter shared his vision for the new sales and marketing function of the company: “I am thrilled to be joining Brill Power at this exciting time in their journey.
